On an unseasonably cold weekend in May (22-26), the members of the band traveled to Southern California to attend the USS Scottish Festival in Costa Mesa.  After a warm-up day in Disneyland and beyond, the band members competed and were thrilled with their weekend’s results...2nd in Medley and 1st in MSR...and wins by the DTSPB Drum Corps on both days!  All in all, an incredible Grade One band outdoor competition debut!
